Photographing Wedding Day Details | Karlee Jo Photo

Your photographer asked you to have your details ready, but what are you suppose to include? I made a list for you.

Easiest way to start - grab a small tote or a shoe box to hold all of these items. If you are like me, a label that says 'details' or something similar is always helpful in the chaos of a wedding morning!

First - you don't need ALL of these things. The goal is not more stuff, it's choosing details that make the photos feel like YOU and share YOUR story.

  • all 3 rings

  • ring box

  • full invitation suite + envelopes

  • jewelry

  • his watch + cufflinks

  • perfume + cologne

  • a pretty dress hanger

  • vow books or letters

A few additional items:

  • veil

  • bridesmaids dress

  • his + her shoes

  • bouquet/boutonniere

If possible:

  • loose blooms or pieces of greenery

  • ribbon

*Anything that adds texture, personality or tells a little piece of your story.
